I've enjoyed the "science project" process with my 6yo, and after inoculation of the pellet bags we are anticipating if we will manage to harvest some mushrooms. One suggestion I would make - is labeling the courier boxes with "refrigerated content" as both the set for us as well as the gift for my brother sat unattended for a few days until we freed up. We probably ought to have popped it in the fridge for best cropping. But otherwise happy with everything. :-)

Pink oyster mushrooms

Excellent supplier , tried these from a different supplier two years ago however the growth rate and size of harvested oyster mushrooms from Mushrooms by the Sea were hugely better .
10/10 guys , great product
